Do you deliver to my country?
Yes — we deliver worldwide and delivery is free on every order. UK orders take 7–12 working days; everywhere else 10–20 working days. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country on arrival.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
UK: order by Monday 7 December. Rest of the world: order by Friday 27 November.
How does the 10% launch offer work?

I don't have stairs — will it still work?
Yes. It looks lovely along a mantelpiece, window sill, bookshelf or indoor balcony rail.
Will it damage my paint or banister?
No nails, screws or tape. The snow blanket wraps around the rail and the penguins are secured with the included fixing wire.
How many sets do I need?
One set for a mantel or short rail. Two for most staircases, or one to keep and one to gift. Three for big staircases or the stairs plus two gifts.
What's in the box?
Per set: 3 plush penguins (approx. 22–34 cm tall), a faux snow blanket approx. 150 cm long, LED string lights and fixing wire.
Do the lights need batteries?
Yes, the LED lights are battery powered. Batteries are not included.
Is it safe?
The LED lights give off very little heat. Keep the set away from candles, open fires and heaters. It's a decoration, not a toy — keep small parts away from under-3s and pets that chew.
Can I use it again next year?
Yes — it packs away flat and comes out again every Christmas.
